After starting his professional life as a high school social studies teacher and coach in Michigan, Joe became a counselor. He left the US in 2007 to explore and learn, working as an international school counselor in Russia and Israel before moving to Virginia in 2023. Now, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking, and helping others experience the benefits of solution-focused conversations.
